I have to say that the Blush Nude Impressions vibrator surprised me, aside from trying their Rollio dildo earlier this year, I’ve not had much experience with Blush. So, when I received the Nude Impressions 01 vibrator I have to say I wasn’t really expecting all of that much. When it comes to vibrators they generally tend (for me anyway) to fall in to the categories of weak, buzzy or crap material – I hate to say it but a lot of the times a single toy can fall in to all three of those categories. So over the years I may have become a bit jaded when it comes to sex toys, especially sex toys from manufacturers that I’ve not really had any/much dealings with in the past. On this occasion I’m happy that my scepticism was proved wrong, and the Blush Novelties Nude Impressions 01 (NR1) vibrator is a lot more than I expected it to be.
In total the Nude Impressions line has 4 vibrators, each one is different in terms of shape and colour. This particular one is the Nude Impressions 01 vibrator. It is made from velvety smooth silicone, which is a lot different to the silicone on the first dildo I tried from Blush. It’s a glorious shade of blue, it’s such a deep blue that in some light sources it almost looks purple.
The shape the this vibrator is a little bit weird, in terms that the shaft is more flat than it is circular. Made entirely from silicone the NR1 vibrator has an insertable length of 6 inches and a girth of Blush Novelties Nude Impressions 5 inches. There’s a base on the vibrator making the NR1 suitable for not only vaginal use but both anally and with a harness too. The base of the dildo also doubles as a pretty decent suction cup too.
The NR1 vibrator is pretty much the jack of all trades vibrators. The one that can do pretty much everything and it does it well too. The vibrations are pretty strong and although they’re of a mixture of rumbling and buzzy, they are IMO more on the rumbling side, than on the buzzy side.
The NR1 is a pretty decent vibrator, the vibrations are good, and it’s made from good material. It’s easy to use and it doesn’t take forever to give me an orgasm. I have very little negative points to say about it, in fact I have only two. The first one being the light on the vibrator whilst it’s charging. By light, I mean the mini rave it seems to be having on my side table. The light is incredibly bright and does flash like strobe lighting, so if you’re going to put this on charge at night and try to sleep, I’d advise you to put it either in a drawer or the handy little storage bag that comes included. Another downside, is that it doesn’t seem to be available in the UK. Well at least anywhere that I can find. If I find any UK stockists, I’ll update this post with that information.
What surprises me most about the NR1 is the price, you can actually get your hands on it a lot cheaper than you can other vibrators of this quality which is great. You can pick up this vibrator from SheVibe for $49.99.
