I’m a huge fan of Fun Factory and their toys. A couple of months ago, I was sent their Patchy Paul vibrator from their G5 line. I loved it, it was a fantastic vibrator. So, when I received the MISS Bi vibrator, one of Fun Factory’s newest additions. I was seriously excited. The Patchy Paul had been my first Fun Factory vibrator. I own several of their dildos but I’d never tried one of their vibes (I don’t class the Stronics as vibrators, since they thrust). Due to the Patchy Paul being a huge success for me, I had seriously high expectations for MISS Bi.
As usual the MISS Bi vibrator comes in the packaging I’ve come to expect with Fun Factory. A lovely cover displaying the vibe and some information about it, and a lovely golden box that you can store your toy in. Inside the box, you’ll find the MISS Bi dual vibrator and a USB charging cable.
I’ve probably mentioned this before, but I seriously love Fun Factory’s charging method. The click n’ charge magnetic clasp is amazing: the vibe stays put on charge, the magnets are strong enough that it doesn’t constantly come off charge when moved whilst charging, and it doesn’t have to be perfectly straight like a lot of vibrators. This, for me, is by far the best magnetic charger I’ve used.
So, the MISS Bi vibrator looks like a baby ‘rabbit’ vibrator. The shaft is a lot shorter than most ‘rabbit’ vibes. Honestly, when I first received it, I was a little disappointed as generally I like longer, girthier toys, so I really wasn’t expecting anything much from it – but it was here! So, I might as well have given it a try.
MISS Bi is 8.5 inches in total length, 5 inches of that is insertable (out of the curve) with the handle 3.5 inches. The shaft and clitoral stimulator is made from silicone, but the silicone does have a bit of a drag to it. The handle is made from white, high-gloss ABS plastic. I LOVE the handles on these toys. Really, they’re amazing. They’re so comfortable and easy to hold, the buttons are easy to press while you’re using it and they look really great. It’s available in a choice of colours: pink, grape and turquoise (I LOVE the look of the turquoise toy, I will make it my mission to one day own a turquoise Fun Factory toy).
This ‘rabbit’ vibrator is dual motored, meaning you can have either the clitoral stimulation on, the vibrations on in the shaft, or vibrations on both. If you like patterned vibrations internally and constant on your clitoris, or vice versa, YOU CAN HAVE IT. I always go for continuous vibrations both shaft and clitoral, and the vibrations don’t disappoint. They’re both powerful and rumbling, which I’m a huge fan of.
To use the vibrator, hold in the FUN button for one second and both motors will spring into action. The large solid O controls the shaft and the small solid o controls the clitoral arm. I like to use this by only switching on the shaft vibrations – to do this, press and hold in the FUN button. Then switch off the clitoral arm by scrolling through those settings (pressing the o button). I then put the shaft vibrations on the lowest speed. For some reason, this vibe starts off on the second speed – Don’t ask me why companies do this, I have no idea why, I do find it highly irritating though – So, to switch it to the lowest speed, I have to turn the shaft off and then switch on only the shaft. To do this, just simply scroll through the settings pressing in the O button. To switch off, just press the FUN button; the vibrator has an instant stop. This is such a great feature if you’re living in a shared house, though I do have a niggle with it. In use, I do accidentally press it which instantly switches off my vibe. I then have to go through all the settings to get the ones I was using on both the shaft and clitoral arm. When this happens, I find it rather frustrating.
As I said earlier, initially I wasn’t expecting much from this vibrator, I like toys with a longer shaft and I’ve also never had a rabbit style vibe work for me before. While inserted the clitoral arm never seems to reach my clitoris, so I’d pretty much given up on them. The unexpected thing is though, this vibrator actually fit my body type. While inserted, the clitoral arm did reach my clitoris! Not fully, though, it hit at the bottom of my clitoris – generally, it’s the top of my clitoris that needs the stimulation. This, however, didn’t seem to be a huge problem since I have a tendency to rock vibrators instead of thrusting them, which would then slide the clitoral arm over my clit and feel pretty damn good. I also love the shaft. Although the insertable length isn’t as long as I’d have liked, the girth is pretty damn good. It has a girth of 3.4 inches at the tip and 5 inches at the bottom. The curved shaft makes it easy for this vibe to hit my G-Spot perfectly, while the girthier base gives me that fuller feeling that feels divine.
I do have a few niggles with it. As mentioned earlier, the FUN button would switch the toy off on me sometimes while in use. I’d also like the clitoral arm to have a little less flex. I use pin point clitoral vibrators daily and my weapon of choice is made from ABS plastic. While I’m using it on my clit, I tend to press down on it – essentially pushing the vibe into me. I wasn’t able to fully do this with the MISS Bi and this is due to the flex in the arm. When I’d push down, I wouldn’t get any push back from the arm, it’d just move with my body. To get the push back, I had to push the arm down with my thumb while holding the vibe.
All in all, I really like the MISS Bi and I’m really glad I gave it a shot. The MISS Bi has shown me what I already knew, yet still judged: size doesn’t matter. I’m happy to report that Fun Factory met the high expectations I had after trying the Patchy Paul and I’d really recommend this vibrator.
